(As if you haven't guessed, large gatherings are still prohibited).
We look forward to Pig Roast 2021 when we can all be together again. Until then, read on, stay safe, stay healthy and enjoy the rest of your Summer!

As I reflect on years past and all of the work involved in the preparations prior to, and during our Roasts, I realize that I have had a lot of help over the years. I could never have done it alone. Cheers to you if you have helped me carry a pig, tend a fire, or light a cigar. Thank you for the years of support and encouragement that have sustained our repeat gatherings (until now) for 22 years. The year 2021 WILL BE number 23..............Stay healthy, be ready,

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy, we are certainly going to miss all of you this year. We have so many great memories and pictures from years past that it will carry us through until we can gather again in 2021. Thanks to all who have helped us out each year, and for all the great food you shared, but mostly,
